  • Does Striven have contract templates we can use?

    Striven, Inc. is not qualified to offer legal advice. We have our own T&C Agreement we require our customers to sign, but it’s not adequate for every industry or situation.

    If you need specific contract language, a simple web search for “legal forms and templates” will yield dozens of options from which to choose.

  • Are eSignature and click-wrap the same thing?

    No, but both are alternatives to wet signature. Click-wrap is a more sophisticated choice for simple contracts, but eSignature might be better for highly-regulated industries and applications.

  • Is browse-wrap the same as click-wrap?

    +

    Click-wrap requires users to approve to an agreement by clicking a button or checking a box.

    Browse-wrap (within a web browser) is an “implied agreement,” where the assumption is that if you click any link on a particular website, you agree that accessing information on the website constitutes acceptance.

    A good example of browse-wrap is accepting some or all “cookies” by clicking “continue.”

  • In Striven terminology, what is a global contract?

  • Will every customer approve a global contract?

    No. Depending on your industry, some customers will not agree to your “standard” contract, especially if your T&Cs are overly one-sided.

    Time saving tip: the more balanced your T&C Agreement, the better chance it will be accepted without a lengthy negotiation.
