LoyaltyLoop is an all-in-one customer feedback platform that collects feedback, requests third-party reviews, identifies at-risk customers, and uncovers new sales opportunities. Striven with LoyaltyLoop creates a powerful customer experience and review platform for sign & graphics companies, printers and just about any other company.

Key takeaways:

  • Striven’s LoyaltyLoop integration automatically sends customer contacts from new Striven invoices to LoyaltyLoop once a day.
  • LoyaltyLoop then sends satisfaction surveys, tracks your Net Promoter Score (NPS), and asks happy customers for online reviews.
  • As of September 2026, the integration costs nothing extra. You just need a LoyaltyLoop account.
  • The default setup sends surveys weekly on Tuesdays, three days after the invoice, and never asks the same person twice within 90 days.

What is the Striven LoyaltyLoop integration?

The Striven LoyaltyLoop integration connects your invoicing to your customer feedback program. When you create an invoice in Striven, the customer’s contact and invoice details flow into LoyaltyLoop. LoyaltyLoop takes it from there: it surveys the customer, tracks your NPS on its dashboard, and invites happy customers to leave reviews on Google and other sites.

No exports, no spreadsheets, no remembering to ask. Set it and forget it.

Why the invoice is the right trigger

An invoice means the job is done. That’s when the experience is fresh and the customer’s ready to tell you how it went.

And because Striven runs your CRM, projects, and accounting in one system, the invoice already carries everything LoyaltyLoop needs. The customer’s contact info, the sales rep, the location, and the line items all come along, so every survey response is tied to the rep, location, and work behind it.

Who it’s for

LoyaltyLoop built it with sign and graphics companies and printers in mind, but it works for just about any business that invoices in Striven. If you send invoices, you can collect feedback and reviews automatically.

How it works

  1. You create an invoice in Striven.
  2. Once a day, the customer’s contact and invoice details sync to LoyaltyLoop.
  3. LoyaltyLoop waits three days by default so the customer has time to experience your work.
  4. The survey goes out on your launch schedule.
  5. Responses land in your LoyaltyLoop dashboard, and happy customers are invited to post a review.

FAQ

How much does the integration cost?
Nothing extra. It’s included with your LoyaltyLoop account.

What triggers a contact to be sent to LoyaltyLoop?
Creating an invoice in Striven. Contacts from new invoices sync to LoyaltyLoop daily.

Which fields sync?
Email, first name, last name, phone, company, street, city, state, postal code, sales rep, bill-to location, location ID, invoice date, invoice items, and invoice total.

How do I turn it on?
Sign in to LoyaltyLoop and search its Knowledge Base for “Striven Integration” to find step-by-step instructions. LoyaltyLoop support can help at support@loyaltyloop.com or 888-552-5667, option 3.

Can I delay the survey after an invoice?
Yes. The default delay is three days. Contact LoyaltyLoop support to change it.

How often do surveys go out?
By default, weekly on Tuesdays. You can send as often as daily by asking LoyaltyLoop support to change your launch schedule.

Will my customers get too many surveys?
No. LoyaltyLoop’s Touch Frequency Filter skips anyone who’s been surveyed recently, 90 days by default, based on email address. Your existing setting carries over when you turn on the integration.
