FAQs

  • What’s the main difference between a Goal Type and a Goal Category?

    +

Goal Types are broader classifications that often define the kind of achievement. They can also have specific Custom Fields associated with them to track relevant data. Goal Categories provide an additional layer of organization within your Goals, allowing for more granular grouping and enhanced search filtering.

  • What’s the difference between “Full Access” and regular member access for a Goal?

    +

Members with Full Access to a Goal have the ability to update the Goal’s status (e.g., Mark As Achieved, Mark As Canceled) directly. Regular members can view and edit the Goal’s information (like description, dates, or custom fields) but cannot change its overall status.

  • If I duplicate a Goal, does it also duplicate the audit log or discussions?

    +

No, when you duplicate a Goal, it creates a clean copy of the Goal’s information. The audit log and discussions are specific to the original Goal and will not be carried over to the duplicated Goal.
